Parent-Teacher Conferences

Please mark your calendars with our conference dates for this school year. Please select one date per semester to attend conferences so that all families have a chance to meet with teachers. Teachers are also available outside of these time frames for individual conferences with families via phone, Microsoft Teams, or in-person; please reach out to your student’s teacher if you need to schedule a conference at a different time.

2025-2026 Conference Dates:

Semester 1

Please select one date per semester to attend conferences so that all families have a chance to meet with teachers.  

September 18th, 4:15 PM – 7:00 PM

November 6th, 4:15 PM - 7:00 PM

November 7th, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (In-person conferences from 8:00-11:30, Virtual conferences from 1:00-4:00 - Sign up here (live link coming soon!))

 

Semester 2

Please select one date per semester to attend conferences so that all families have a chance to meet with teachers.

February 11th, 4:15 PM – 7:00 PM 

March 5th, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

**Teachers will be offering "After Hours" phone calls throughout the Semester 2 in place of a in-person meetings to accommodate families.
